We offer Full body cryotherapy or some call whole body cryotherapy. We are located in Liberty, MO and service thesurrounding areas. We have the only Full body Cryotherapy chamber in the Northland currently.

What to expect?
On your first visit we will go over your health history to confirm FULL BODY CRYOTHERAPY is right for you.
How do I get prepared?
You just need to come in and we will provide you gloves, special slippers for your feet and a robe to cover up before you go into the chamber or you can bring your own.
What do I wear inside the chamber?
First we ask you remove or cover any piercings you may have below the neck. Once in the chamber and the door is closed you will be asked to remove your robe. Men and women need to wear underwear and female need to wear a sports bra without any metal clasps.
How long will I be in the chamber?
You will be in the chamber for 3 minutes with your gloves and slippers. Depending on the temperature chosen you will be in temperatures ranging from -160 to -200 degrees Fahrenheit. The chamber can go as low as -220 F.
How long is my first visit going to take?
If you filled out your online intake form, it will take about 15-20 minutes. After that it will be about 10 minutes.
How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending if you choose to do only one session or you choose to do a package plan. On average you can expect between $35 to $40 per session.
Do you have special pricing for group sessions?
YES! On groups 3 or more we have deeper discounts if the group comes to together at the same time. Please call for group discounts!
Do you work with sports teams and coaches?
YES! Have your coach call us to help specialized a specific pricing plan for the team to get FULL BODY CRYOTHERAPY! We work with college and high school coaches.
